Summary: Blood Lad follows Staz, a vampire that is obsessed with the human world, and Fuyumi, a human girl that was killed and turned into a ghost after wandering into the demon world. Staz promises to help Fuyumi regain her humanity by bringing her back to life, as it means that he would be able to visit the human world.

Choujigen Game Neptune The Animation - 12 eps

Summary: This is Gameindustri. Beings called Goddesses rule the countries of this unreal world. The four goddesses govern four states: Planeptune, Lastation, Lowee and Leanbox. For many long years these countries fought each other over the Share, the source of the Goddesses power. However, fearful that the conflict would pointlessly erode their strength, the goddesses signed a Friendship Treaty forbidding them from taking the share by force. Under the treaty, the Goddesses and their younger sisters took a step forward to a new stage in their relations. It was the dawn of a new, dynamic era marked occasionally by shared laughter, disputes as well as cooperation. What does the future hold in store for Gameindustri...?
My First Impressions: So, I watched ep1, and I got really bored. Almost fell asleep. The art is fine, but the characters are so stereotypical, and there is so little storyline. If I wanted to watch magical girl, there are better shows this season... <not continuing unless recommended>

Summary: Being just a normal student without a special talent Makoto Naegi wins a lottery to attend the prestigious Hope's Peak Academy where only the top prodigies attend. However instead of this being the beginning of a wonderful high school life it's a ticket to despair because the only way to graduate from Hope's Peak Academy is to kill one of your fellow students or be one of their victims.

Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Illya - 10 eps

Summary: Things are as usual and Illyasviel von Einzbern is a Master of the 5th Holy Grail War... except not really. In this alternate reality where she is the lead character, she lives a radically different life as a pretty normal school girl... except by the fact she's also a magical girl by the name of Prisma Illya, of course.
My First Impressions: Only watched ep1 so far. Would seem like a standard magical girl show, except the staff talks back at its master. The emphasis seems more on comedy than your standard Fate series. Need another couple of episodes I think to really make a judgment.

Summary: Four boys named Haruka, Makoto, Nagisa and Rin all participated in a swimming tournament shortly before graduating elementary school and later parted ways. Years later, they reunite when Rin challenges Haruka to a race and wins. Not wanting to be defeated so easily, Haruka gathers Makoto and Nagisa and a new recruit named Rei to form the Iwatobi High School Swimming Club.
My First Impressions: Watched a couple of episodes, it's okay so far, but the characters and reactions are a bit ridiculous (but not necessarily funny). The story is fairly simple, exactly like the summary. The art is fairly standard. May watch 1 or 2 more episodes, but don't have high hopes.

My First Impressions: Watched the first couple of eps. Seems interesting so far with more depth than your standard magical girl show. The art and animation are pretty standard. The story and characters are the interesting part though, and definitely touches on a darker side.

Summary: Yugo Hachiken decided to escape from the stressful school and home environment in the city by enrolling at Oezo Agricultural High School. Unlike his peers who'd naturally embark upon an agricultural career, he decided to study there only because he thought it'd be less competitive academically. Unfamiliar with his new surroundings, he tries his best to adapt to the agricultural world he'd never thought of living in.

Unable to read in his new form, the hapless Kazuhito now belongs to Kirihime Natsuno, a sadistic novelist who uses scissors on Kazuhito to abuse him.

Summary: God abandoned the world on Sunday. As a result, nobody in the world can die or reproduce. A little girl, Ai, is the gravekeeper for a village. She has prepared 47 graves for the eventual deaths of every member of the village. Later, a boy who identifies himself as "Hampnie Hambart, the 'Man-eating Toy'," which is coincidentally the name that Ai's mother left behind as the name of her father, arrives in the village and slaughters everybody. Just what is going on.

Summary: The story begins with Oomiya Shinobu, a 15-year-old, seemingly pure Japanese girl who actually did a homestay in Great Britain. Even after coming back to Japan, she still misses her time overseas. One day, an air mail letter arrives from Alice, the girl in Shinobu's host family in Great Britain. The letter reads, Shinobu, I'm coming to Japan! The Japanese/British girls' mixed comedy follows the lives of Shinobu, Alice, and other girls from both Japan and Great Britain.

Kitakubu Katsudou Kiroku - 12+ eps

Summary: Kitakubu (literally, go-home club) is Japanese slang for kids who go home instead of joining clubs, sports, or other afterschool activities. In one high school, there is a real Kitakubu of girls who do whatever they like. The president is a free spirit named Sakura, while Botan is the combative heir to a school of ancient martial arts. Claire happens to be the daughter of the head of the powerful Kokonoe conglomerate. Natsuki joins the club at the invitation of another freshman, Karin, but she is unprepared for the hijinks there.

Summary: The Fujisaki Girls Academy is known for their school body being composed of very proper students. The most prominent one of them is Maki, the student president who is admired by her classmates for her calm and polite demeanor. On the other hand, Kurahashi Riko is also admired but for having a very forward and boyish personality. Riko accidentally walks into Maki while she's practicing kissing with a pillow and learns that she isn't what everyone thinks she is. Riko is forced into keeping Maki's secret and join her in practicing all aspects of romance like holding hands and more.

Summary: After his uncle's business fails, William Twining, an intelligent young noble, finds himself in a dire financial situation. With no funds for his school tuition, he searches his house until he comes upon the basement. There, he accidentally summons Dantalion, who recognizes William as a descendant of Solomon, and the Elector—the individual that will choose a substitute ruler for when the Emperor of Hell, Lucifer, rests. From that moment on, William's life is irrevocably interwoven with the supernatural world as other demonic candidates for substitute king vie for his nomination and Heaven attempts to retrieve his soul.
My First Impressions: Bored out of my mind. It tries, but somehow fails to bring everything together. The first episode seems to just go on and on about the same thing. Just halfway through the episode I get to the point of "we get it already, let's move on" but of course, it doesn't. <not continuing unless recommended>

Summary: Yura Yamato has just arrived at the high school division of Stella Women's Academy, when Sonora Kashima invites her to join a club called "C³". Sonora is the third-year student who became the new head of this club for military survival games. The other members include two second-year students (part-Japanese Karila Hatsuse and G36K-wielding Honoka Mutsu) and two other new students (Rento Kirishima whose family runs a Japanese sweets shop and the really short Yachiyo Hinata).
