My First Impressions: It was okay I guess. The art could be better, and the plot is kind of 007 except with a group of girls that are maybe not even human, but androids with technology built in to help them. Honestly, it was entertaining enough for 1 ep but I don't think I'll keep watching (unless someone tells me later that it's really good).

My First Impressions: Interesting looking at least, seems like a slow placed, sweet romance drama. I like the art and the relationships seem interesting

It was said that the person who could obtain the head awoke in revolution time could rule over the whole country. On the other hand, there was another shadow existence called Eternal Assassin. BALDR FORCE EXE Resolution - 4 eps OVA

Summary: In this age, there are two developed worlds; “the real world” and “wired”, or the virtual network world. Soma Toru belongs to a hacking group, Steppen Wolf, which runs around the network world freely. They attack the database of the UN forces as their last work. During this attack, he loses Nonomura Yuya, his friend as well as the team leader. Toru is arrested by the army. In exchange for letting him free, he has to work for an anti-hacker organization, the first squad of the UN Security Force Information Administration Bureau. Working for them, he is looking for the person who killed his friend, while the other members also have their own reason to fight.
My First Impressions: whoa mecha virtual world fighting and exploding heads! Totally not what I expected. It seems interesting and definitely has potential to be very good.

My First Impressions: I didn't like it, but the art bothered me here and there and the characters didn't seem that interesting to me. I'm sure someone else might have an interest in it though.
Other Comments: ploudret - not worth watching, it's full of inconsistencies (at least when they use French) so it annoys me ^^

Black Blood Brothers - 12 eps

Summary: The Special Area - it is the only place where the vampire, the ones who are supposed to destroy, and human beings can live together. In this place, where two vampires, Mochizuki Kojiro and his brother Kotaro, and a human being, Katsuragi Mimiko, meet, a new fate is waiting for them.
My First Impressions: Has potential to be good. Art not bad, action isn't too bad either. But I wish it would move a little quicker, especially if it's only 12 ep. I would rate is average.

Busou Renkin - 26 eps

Summary: Kazuki, a high school student, is killed one night saving a girl from a monster, but wakes up to find it a dream. However, when a monster attacks him and his sister, the girl from his dreams shows up explaining the monster is a homunculus. Kazuki did die that night, but was revivde by a kakugane medal, which has the power to become an alchemic weapon to kill these monsters.
My First Impressions: Interesting enough for ep1, has potential. Art is decent, characters and plot make me afraid that it'll turn into a typical guy = hero to save the world.
Other Comments: ploudret - Busou Renkin sucks. It may be from the same guy who did Kenshin, but its lacking something. It's not original in any way.

Summary: Japan has been invaded and conquered by the Britannic Empire. Japan are now known as "Area 11" and it's citizens known as "elevens." The Britannic Empire takes away Japan's autonomous power and imposes it's rule. The Britannic Empire enforces it's rule through the use of 'Nightmares'. The Empire's rule has never faltered, but cracks have begun to show...
My First Impressions: This seems to be more about the boy who ends up getting super powers of some kind, hard to say from ep 1. The art/character designs are nice though (done by CLAMP). It has potential, so we'll see.

Summary: Akuma, monsters born from dead souls mistakenly recalled by their loved ones to the living world, are the weapons of the Millenium Earl, who is intent on the destruction of the world. Allen Walker has been cursed with an anti-Akuma weapon as his left arm and an eye that sees the former soul of the Akuma since his youth. With these powers, he joins the Black Priest Organization as an Exorcist and sets out with other Exorcists to stop the Earl`s attempts to annihilate the human race.
My First Impressions: ep1 looked interesting, definitely has potential. The dead souls that turn into machines is weird, but this one sparks my interest and the art is pretty good.

My First Impressions: I read the manga and it was really good until it started dragging for me, not sure how far the anime will go...

Ghost Hunt - ? eps

Summary: Seventeen-year-old Kazuya Shibuya is the president of the Shibuya Psychic Research Center, a think tank that studies psychic phenomenon. The firm investigates various strange occurrences at the behest of its clients, while Shibuya`s assistant, Mai Taniyama, deals with her love/hate relationship towards her boss.
My First Impressions: Not sure what to think with only 1 ep, but it seems interesting. The art is not bad, and the characters are varied. General plot not apparent, but the immediate plot seems interesting enough for at least 1-2 eps more.

One day, a student transfers to the school. It was his sister-in-law. She used to live with him, but they have been living separately by some reason.

Hataraki-man - 11 eps

Summary: Matsukata Hiroko is a 28 year old editor with naturally large breasts. She's often at odds with Tanaka Kunio, a novice editor. Her work already stresses her out and he's unapologetic about his own mistakes! Everyone refers to Hiroko as a masculine woman for how seriously she takes her work. She smokes too much, works too much, and never has sex. However, when it's time to get a story done, she switches into "Working Man" mode where her testosterone in her blood increases, she works three times her normal speed, and all thoughts of life's necessities disappear.
My First Impressions: doesn't interest me very much. The art is okay, but the plot and characters just didn't make me want to watch more than half before I got bored. Might just be my mood though.

My First Impressions: Very similar to S1. Hopefully they'll get a bigger plot going sooner this time. Otherwise it's something I watch because it's kind of interesting, but I might drop it if it's like S1 which was really slow to take up anything non-episodic.

My First Impressions: Sooooooooooooooooooooo pretty. If nothing else, the art and animation is making it worth watching again.

Kujibiki Unbalance 2006 - 12 eps

Summary: Here, in Rikkyoin High School, all the troubles are solved by the lot (Kujibiki), and even students are chosen by lots at the entrance exams. This is the story about a one-year battle among the candidates for the next school government leaders, who are also chosen by the lot, in order to gain the position.
My First Impressions: I didn't like the OVA because of the lack of story. Anyone else can give a review?

La Corda D'oro Primo Passo - ? eps

Summary: Dating sim game based. he Hoshisou High School has a tradition of two different classes. They are seperated into ordinary classes and music classes. One day, the second-year student Kahoko Hino, who applies the ordinary classes, meets Lily, the music fairy, who gives her a magic violin. Afterwards she is being nominated for a music contest in the school. Thus her step into the music world begins as she interacts with the other contestants.
My First Impressions: semms obvious that it's based on a dating sim game, except that a lot of the guys aren't that cute. Honestly, this seems like a typical non-ecchi anime based on a dating sim. Maybe it'll get better, but I probably won't have time to keep up with it. Someone tell me if it gets good.

Mamoru-kun ni Megami no Shukufuku wo! - 24 eps

Summary: Yoshimura Mamoru will be attending a high school which is attached to the prestigious Tokyo Beatrice University. Takasu Ayako suddenly she confesses to Mamoru. However, little did he know what awaited me after he accepted that in reality she is a rich and spoiled princess who is the genius in control of the Tokyo Beatrice University.
My First Impressions: It doesn't look that great, it's kind of pedo seeming because the guy is so small. It's also a bit confusing because Beatrice is supposedly some kind of super power that the girl has, but it's not explained at all. Probably won't continue this...

Negima?! - ? eps

Summary: A complete remake of the Xebec TV series. The storyline is different as they bypass the whole history of the academy and go right for the Evangeline punch. Other differences are shown such as Setsuna and Konoka are close friends and the fan service is turned down and Chamo-kun is brought in right away. The anime starts with the fight between Nagi (Negi`s father) and Evangeline.
My First Impressions: Really funny and looks great since they've changed the whole beginnning so that they can skip straight to vol3 in the manga! The art looks a bit weird at times, but it's different and not your typical school anime type art which is neat. I'm looking forward to this remake.

Summary: The long war against Frost Republic scarred many places of the Empire; famine, plague, returned soldiers who become bandits… Worrying about these "war damages," the Empire Army orgnaizes the 3rd section of Information Bureau known as "Pumpkin Scissors", and they assigned the section for the duty of recovery from the war damage. Three years have passed and the 3rd section hasn`t accomplished their task, yet. People ridicule that it is an "Excuse Section" that suppress people`s complaint. However, they strive to achieve their tasks. One day, a a tall man who used to be a Corporal offers to help them.

Shibawanko no Wa no Kokoro - ? eps

Summary: Shiba-wanko, a Shiba-inu dog, and Miike-nyanko, a calico cat, live together in a classic Japanese-style house with the traditional Japanese alcove called a tokonoma. Shiba-wanko is a very gentle and hardworking soul who does all of the cleaning, laundry and cooking in the house. Miike-nyanko is a different type all together, being rather temperamental and not very good with housework. Together, these two learn the manners and customs associated with events such as the proper Japanese way to treat one`s guests, preparing for a Japanese New Year and how to enjoy the kimono, the traditional Japanese costume. Each chapter covers a specific topic which has to do with living in "Wa" (the Japanese-style spirit of peace and harmony) throughout the changing seasons.

My First Impressions: Art isn't bad, first ep is about the past so it's hard to say, but it has potential.

Summary: In the distant future, the mankind is divided into two powers; Union and Deague. They have continued long war that no one is sure when it began. Sara Viereck is a Union’s 16-year-old girl who goes to Grapera Space Armed Soldier Academy in order to become a full-fledged Reasoner (a pilot of Strain). Her brother, Ralph Viereck, was sent to the front line 130 light years away to accomplish a special mission when she was 11 years old. Sara needs to go to the same battle field to meet her brother. Because they lost their parents when they were quite young, Sara thinks of her bother as a guy dearer than a sibling, and she lives for their reunion. One day, the planet Sara lives is suddenly assaulted by Deague. Surprisingly, it was her brother Ralph that takes away a mysterious girl sleeping in a capsule.
My First Impressions: Art reminds me of Zegapain in a lot of ways. Ep1 is almost like a background and ep2 seems more like the setup episode, so together they seem to make an ep1 in my mind. I like it so far, it's interesting to see the girl's dream crushed in the first episode and what she's going to do next. Definitely has potential.

Souten no Ken - ? eps

Summary: Kasumi Kenshiro, also known as Yan Wang or the King of Death, is a Tokyo professor and the 62nd successor to the deadly assassin art known as Hokuto Shinken. He leaves his teaching job and travels to Shanghai after getting word that his old Qing Bang Triad friend, Pan Guang-Lin, and his friend`s sister and Kasumi`s love interest, Pan Yu-Ling, are in trouble. While in Shanghai, he encounters and fights the three families of Hokuto: Hokuto Sonkaken, Hokuto Soukaken, and Hokuto Ryuukaken. He does all this while revolting against the corrupt Hong Hua Triads to restore honor and power to the Qing Bang.

Sumomo mo Momo mo - 26 eps

Summary: Koushi Inuzuka is a smart high school student who aims to become a public prosecutor. Unfortunately for our good guy, he was born into a martial arts family whose head (ie his father) only knows one language: violence.Enter Momoko Kuzuryuu: sugar bomb, airhead, loli martial arts artist and Koushi`s self-proclaimed bride (the strongest on Earth, no less). Her wish for sexual intercourse meets with Koushi`s square refusal as he has absolutely no desire to get it on with someone who looks like she could be his little sister.Meanwhile, a war has broken out between the martial arts families. For Koushi, this means that numerous fighters are out to challenge him. As if that weren`t bad enough, our protagonist also has a fight phobia due to a traumatic incident that took place in his childhood. Now it`s up to Momoko and her superhuman fighting skills to protect her "husband."

Tenpo Ibun Ayakashi Akashi - ? eps

Summary: In the year of Tenpō 14, Yoi, monsters from another world attack Edo. Those who fight against them are members of Bansha Aratemesho. In public, Bansha Aratemsho is known as an organization to study foreign books. In fact, they are a organization dedicated to destroying the Yoi. These warriors are called Ayakashi. They gather information of odd events in the country, and are sent to destroy Yoi who appear. They are generally very strange people. For example, a guy who has lost his memory, a girl who dresses like a man. They have special powers with which to beat the Yoi.
My First Impressions: Really can't tell much from ep1. The art isn't bad, the characters are definitely a bit weird, but we only see the main character's power first coming out at the end of ep1 so hard to say anything at this point.

Tokimeki Memorial: Only Love - 26 eps

Summary: Aoba Riku has just transferred to a new high school because of his father`s job, and things aren`t quite what he expected. The headmaster`s secretary controls the school while espousing the virtues of academic freedom, the teachers are even stranger than normal teachers, and half the student body is walking around with animal ears on. On his very first day, Riku is unfortunate enough to find himself at the center of the student council`s latest event, which has him running for his life. All this on top of the normal high school rigour of popularity contests, crushes, and homework makes it unsure whether Riku will be able to survive this new school.
My First Impressions: Seems like a typical non-ecchi school romance. I doubt I'll watch anymore unless someone recommends it to me.

Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge - ? eps

Summary: Takano Kyohei, Oda Takenaga, Toyama, Yukinojo, and Morii Ranmaru are going to rent a house to go to school for free on condition that they make the girl of the house a “lady”. However, Nakahara Sunako, the girl living there is gloomy, weird, and horror movie maniac. She was traumatized when a boy she had a crush on told her she was ugly in junior high school. She doesn’t like beautiful things, and she gets a nosebleed when she looks something beautiful.
My First Impressions: I can't stand the art, but PGE is a really funny and cute story with neat characters.

Yoake Mae Yori Ruriirona: Crescent Love - 12 eps

Summary: Long ago people settled down on the moon and established a kingdom there, the Sphere Kingdom. However, relations to the earth cooled down and were finally broken off since a war was fought hundreds of years ago. There isn`t any business between the two races and travelling isn`t allowed. However, one day the princess of the moon kingdom, Feena Fam Earthlight, is sent on a "homestay" to the earth. She gets to stay at Asagiri Tatsuya`s house. And this is where her task of learning the customs and lifestyle of the earth begins.
My First Impressions: This seems like a typical non-ecchi harem anime... unless someone tells me it gets a whole lot better, it's not something I have time for.
