My First Impressions: This show so far (ep4) is kind of up and down. Sometimes the story moves and sometimes it's just a useless episode. The art isn't very good, though the animation is tolerable. At ep4, it gives a glimpse into something more interesting and hopefully it develops further. I'm willing to give this another couple of episodes to develop.

Binbougami ga! - 12+ eps

Chouyaku Hyakunin Isshu: Uta Koi - 12+ eps

Summary: The "Hyakunin Isshu" are an anthology of one hundred poems found in a trational Japanese card game called Karuta. Presented by the person who selected the writings, Fujiwara no Teika, this is a glimpse into the origin of some of them. Since the majority of them are love compositions, the focus remains on romance in ancient Japan. [from ANN]

My First Impressions: Episode 1 was fairly interesting and covered the summary, but the rest of the episodes so far are just ridiculous and dumb. The art isn't great, but not terrible either. The animation could be better. <not continuing unless recommended>

My First Impressions: ep1 just covers the summary. The art isn't bad, and well, there's magic fights, but also random ecchi moments (and I mean they really do feel random). It continues in this vein in that the ecchiness escalates, but is also very random. The animation isnt' great, but the fight scenes and progression of the story are moving at a tolerable rate that I'm willing to continue this for a few more eps (at the end of ep3).

Jinrui wa Suitai Shimashita - ? eps

Summary: The story is set several centuries into the slow decline of mankind. She chose this job because she thought it was an easy job she can do, even when she is as old as her grandfather. However, she learns that her job is anything but simple when she meets the fairies. My First Impressions: I tried watching ep1 and between the art and the voice acting, I could not get past 5 minutes of this. <not watching unless highly recommended>

Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate - 12 eps

Summary: Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate follows the protagonist Oojima Yuuki, who attends Private Takafuji Academy, a large school with over 6,000 students. Yuuki is a member of the food research club, along with seven others, including his childhood friend Sumiyoshi Chisato. The members leisurely spend their time in the club not participating in many activities. When the election of the next student council president comes up, the front runner, Shinonome Satsuki, proposes that clubs with no merit should be separated and subsequently abolished. The food research club, in an act of desperation, seeks advice from the current student council president, Mori Yakumo, who suggests Yuuki run in the election as an opposing candidate. My First Impressions: Tried watching ep1, but the animation wasn't very good (though the art is just fine) and despite hinting at a bigger plot at the beginning, the ridiculousness at this anime in trying to make ecchi references while trying not to be ecchi is just stupid. I couldn't get past 5 minutes. <not watching unless highly recommended>

My First Impressions: ep1 basically covered the summary. Somehow, even though strange things were happening, it wasn't all that interesting. You might consider watching it for character development, but not much else in my opinion. Art is standard, but pretty decent. <not continuing unless recommended>

Kono Naka ni Hitori, Imouto ga Iru! - 12+ eps

Summary: Abiding by his father's will, Shougo was transferred into an academy where many young girls attend. It appears as though his younger sister (separated from him at birth) also attends this academy. She is trying to get closer to him without letting him know who she actually is. Problem is, Shougo seems to be popular with the other girls as well! Can Shougo "properly" reunite with his little sister while getting a girlfriend at the same time?! [from anidb]
My First Impressions: This is seriously like sister princess except with the small twist that his sister won't tell him who she is. They get right into the romance and what not, but the premise of the show is so ridiculous that I can't watch it. <not watching unless the sister turns out to be psycho>

Muvluv Alternative: Total Eclipse - ? eps

During the next 30 years, they have conquered most of the Eurasian continent, effectively decreasing the world population by billions. In response to their unique behavior, a new type of mobile mechanical humanoid weapon was developed, known as Tactical Surface Fighter (TSF).
In the year 2001, elite pilots from around the world start to gather at a UN base in Alaska named Yukon to participate in the Prominence Project. This project is a joint effort between Russia and America on research and development of next generation of TSF. My First Impressions: After 3 eps, this show does not get any more interesting. There's lots of fighting and yet they manage to make it boring. The art and animation aren't that great either. <not continuing unless recommended>

Oda Nobuna no Yabou - ? eps

My First Impressions: Art is mediocre. The story moves along quickly though and so far (ep3), it's moving quickly enough to be entertaining to watch. The characters are kind of dumb and are not improving though. Nevertheless, I am willing to give this at least another couple of eps.

Sword Art Online - 25 eps

My First Impressions: So far (finished ep3), we seem to get glimpses into his time in the game rather than one continuous story line. Rather than plot, it seems to focus on character development. Interesting though so far. There's also usually at least some fighting in every ep as well to keep the action up.

Tari Tari - 13 eps

Miyamoto Konatsu is a positive-thinking girl who loves singing and spends time after school at the vocal music club. Okita Sawa is a spirited archery club member who dreams of becoming a horse rider. Tanaka Taichi is a chronically late badminton team member who lives with his college student sister. Wien just transfered into Wakana's class after 12 years abroad in Australia. Music brings Wakana, Konatsu, Sawa and the others together into an ensemble during their last summer in high school. [from anidb]
