Penniless, Tatsumi is taken in by the beautiful and kindly Lady Aria, but just when his Capital dreams seem within reach once more, Lady Aria’s mansion is besieged by Night Raid—a team of ruthless assassins who target high-ranking members of the upper class! As Tatsumi is quick to learn, appearances can be deceiving in the Capital, and this team of assassins just might be…the good guys?!
My First Impressions: After a few eps, I still feel like we're being properly introduced to the characters. Some of the fanservice seems random, but overall, art and animation are decent enough and the characters are somewhat interesting. Will continue this until I finish or get bored.
Other Comments: <Gommy> Akame ga Kill is also one too early to tell. Seems to be standard "BIG GUBBERNMENT IS CORRUPT KILL THEM ALL".

Summary: In 1972, the Apollo 17 mission discovered a hypergate to Mars on the surface of the moon. Soon a war breaks out between Earth and Mars, and Martian soldiers begin to descend from the sky, riding steel giants, intent on exterminating humanity
My First Impressions: 3 eps in, it seems like standard mech warfare between two nations type thing, but some of the characters intrigue me and I'm somewhat interested in where the characters are going to end up. Think I'll keep watching until I get bored.
Other Comments: <Gommy> Aldnoah.Zero is making little to no sense

The girls' salaries come from the town's taxes.
My First Impressions: <not watching unless recommended>
Other Comments: <Gommy> Locodol is a decent idol anime, since it is more of a "forced" idol and they aren't big superstar OMG FAMOUS PEOPLE idols. Becoming a "local" idol for a town. I like the characters so far. Plot is meeeh

Summary: [Seems like one of those web aired type things, where each ep is 3m in comedy, 4-koma style].

Summary: Normal appearance, normal intelligence, normal in arts and sports... just normal. This is the entirely normal 14-year-old, Sekiya Naru. While she admires Heroines she continues to live a normal life until one moonlit night she meets a fairy. This foreign girl then guides her into the extraordinary world of the yosakoi dance.
My First Impressions: Too early to tell really, but the combination of not quite typical plot and characters have pique my interest to watch ep2 at least. The art is pretty.

Summary: Shibaki is a high school boy only interested in girls. However, he has been branded as the most perverted boy at school, and the girls go out of their way to avoid him. When he finds a book in the library about how to summon witches, he tries it as a joke; unexpectedly, though, the book works, and a cute witch named Rurumo appears to grant him a wish. Shibaki helps Rurumo and she in return refuses to take his soul. After some time, he thinks about his meeting with Rurumo, and wishes he could see her again. His wish is granted immediately, as Rurumo falls from the sky and crash-lands in front of him, tasked with getting him to use up 666 magic tickets that grant wishes before she can become a witch again. However, according to Rurumo's familiar, what she does not know is that each ticket he uses will shorten his life span, and, when the last ticket is used, he will die.
My First Impressions: Honestly, watched a tiny bit of ep1 and it seemed rather stupid. <not watching unless recommended>

Summary: Momoko is a beautiful young sword fighter who was born inside a peach (momo in Japanese). She lives with her constant companions - the dog god Inugami, the monkey god Sarugami, and the pheasant god Kijigami - in a peaceful paradise. However, a demon army led by the devil king invades the paradise and steals the precious treasure that protects Momoko's land. To retrieve the treasure and save the people, Momoko embarks on a great adventure with her three companions.
My First Impressions: Okay, I tried watching it and it's terrible. It's a mix of stupid girl franservice and then mixing in magical girl. The characters are completely stupid and annoying, and the plot is fairly simple. The art isn't all that great either. I just couldn't get through the whole first ep. <not continuing?>

Unfortunately for her, the world of PriPara does not send PriPara tickets to elementary school students. However, through miraculous circumstances, Lala passes the audition to become a PriPara idol.

He ends up working as a security force trainee, where he unwillingly has to deal with his strange colleagues as well as RJ, a group of extremists who are fighting to privatize the railway.

As it turns out the ghost is a cute young girl, and hijinks ensue when she tries to drive him out. Between the haunting, Koutarou's nosy neighbours, and a self-styled magical girls flying to the unneeded rescue, there is way too much for the impoverished young man to handle.

Summary: The story follows Sonokawa Momoka, a girl who transferred into a certain girls' high school. The club she ended up joining at school was the Sabagebu!, a club that conducts survival games.
My First Impressions: <not watching unless recommended>
Other Comments: <Gommy> Sabagebu! is also quite silly. Survival club featuring girls shooting themselves with BB guns and having blood spurt everywhere. also, precision nipple shots against those with larger busts.

Summary: Only a pure girl may enter into a spirit contract. At Areishia Spirit Academy, the daughters of nobility are assembled to take elite classes and become spirit elementalists. A boy named Kamito happened to be peeping on a student named Claire while she was taking a bath, and he accidentally makes a contract with a spirit instead of Claire. Now, Kamito has become something once thought impossible in this world — a male spirit elementalist.
My First Impressions: Seems like your typical fantasy series focused on battle and fanservice (think Machine-doll from Fall season). The characters are kind of annoying, but not so annoying that I've deleted the series. The art and animation are pretty decent. The plot points they drop are somewhat interesting, and magical fighting will keep me going for at least a few eps.

Summary: The Kingdom of Arandas Alliance and the Countries Unification of Ingelmia have been at war for many years. The situation has been at a stalemate across the fortress of the Great Wall, which has never been penetrated since the foundation of Arandas. The gate to the fortress has remained firmly closed, but when it creaks open, the complexity of war starts to change dramatically.
My First Impressions: Wow, this is so typical mech fare, I don't even know how to tell you how bored I was with it, other than the first time I tried watching this, I stopped halfway. <not continuing unless recommended>
Other Comments: <Gommy> Argevollen is standard mech fare so far, kinda boring.

Summary: Rinka, an extremely poor high school girl, lives with just her father in modern Tokyo. One day, she is going home from school when she chases a flying penguin to the top of New Tokyo Tower — only to have fish swimming in the air suddenly appear before her. One of the fish goes through Rinka and gives her extraordinary powers, particularly the ability to slip through solid objects.
My First Impressions: I tried, I really did. I watched the entire first episode, but it was idiotic and nothing the characters did really made sense. Ep1 is also nothing like the description. If they had started with a single character, it probably would've been better, giving it more focus, and not just plopping you in the middle of a story with no connection to any of the characters.

An ordinary college student named Kaneki encounters Rize, a girl who is an avid reader like he is, at the café he frequents. Little does Kaneki realize that his fate will change overnight.
My First Impressions: Tried watching ep1, but they ruined the premise of the story. <not watching unless recommended>
Other Comments: <Gommy> Tokyo Ghoul is "I AM A HUMAN *nom nom fleeesh*"

Summary: One summer day, a terrorist attack strikes Tokyo. The perpetrators are two boys who call themselves "Sphinx." The attack was just the beginning of the grandiose game they are playing that will envelop all of Japan.
My First Impressions: This honestly seems like a great anime in the making. Good animation/art, and great psychological warfare stuff happening.
