My First Impressions: I tried watching this, but the characters were a bit too dumb, and I wasn't a fan of the animation. <not watching unless recommended>

Living in secret as a man, she's remained safe, and the time has come to gather allies to take back what is her's—both country and throne!
My First Impressions: After 4 episodes, I'm not sure where it's really going. Even though it has a story, the pacing seems slow. The characters aren't anything compelling either. Will give it one or two more episodes, but may drop it if it doesn't pick up.

Jaku-chara Tomozaki-kun - ? eps

Summary: Tomozaki is one of the best gamers in Japan, and in his opinion, the game of real life is one of the worst. No clear-cut rules for success, horribly balanced, and nothing makes sense. But then he meets a gamer who's just as good as him, and she offers to teach him a few exploits...

Kaifuku Jutsushi no Yarinaoshi - 12 eps

Summary: Keyaru, who was bound by this common knowledge, was exploited again and again by others. But one day, he noticed what lay beyond healing magic, and was convinced that a healing magician was the strongest class. However, by the time he realized that potential, he was deprived of everything. Thus, he used healing magic on the world itself to go back four years, deciding to redo everything. This is a heroic tale of one healing magician who became the strongest by using knowledge from his past life and healing magic.
My First Impressions: I watched 2 episodes of this and it was okay, but the characters are really not likeable and the story itself is not compelling enough to make me want to watch more. The art and animation weren't great either. <not continuing unless recommended>

Kemono Jihen - ? eps

Shunned by his peers and nicknamed "Dorotabo" after a youkai that lives in the mud, he helps Inugami uncover the truth behind the killings - but supernatural forces are at work, and while Dorotabo is just a nickname, it might not be the only thing about the boy that isn't human.
My First Impressions: <not watching unless recommended>

Kumo Desu ga, Nanika? - ? eps

Summary: In another world, the Hero and the Demon King continued to oppose each other. As their great magic collided, the explosion crossed over worlds and destroyed a classroom full of high school students. The victims who died in that explosion will be reincarnated in that alternate world. Our heroine, who has the lowest standing in the class, was reincarnated into a spider. She nevertheless faces this challenge head-on with great determination, and adapts to it surprisingly quickly. This is the story of how our protagonist, who was reborn as a weak spider monster, does whatever needed to survive.
My First Impressions: It was kind of funny at first, but it spends too much time covering the spider having a hard time surviving, and just levelling up. At this point, we still have no idea what the story is aside from "I'm a spider and trying to survive". Will give it another ep or two, but likely to drop it.

Mushoku Tensei: Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu - ? eps

Summary: Just when an unemployed thirty-four-year-old otaku reaches a dead end in life and decides that it's time to turn over a new leaf—he gets run over by a truck and dies! Follow Rudeus from infancy to adulthood, as he struggles to redeem himself in a wondrous yet dangerous world.
My First Impressions: Watched a couple of episodes, and it's okay. I'm not a huge fan of the main character, but there's enough story and character development that it's more interesting than a lot of the other series.

Ore dake Haireru Kakushi Dungeon - 12 eps

Summary: Noir is the son of a minor noble with very little to his name other than a job offer–which is canceled before he can even start his first day. He does possess one rare trait, though: the magical ability to consult with a great sage, even if using the skill gives him terrible headaches! Unsure of what his future holds, he accesses the sage for advice on how to move forward and is directed to a secret dungeon filled with rare beasts and magical items. It is here that Noir will train, compiling experience and wealth, until he's powerful enough to change his fate.
My First Impressions: I wanted to like this one, but the characters are way a bit too dumb, and the fanservice is a bit much. <not continuing unless recommended>

Project Scard: Praeter no Kizu - ? eps

With Divine Tattoos that each possess unique powers, agents known as the Scard rise up to become the protectors of peace. But loyal to three contending organizations, they'll have to face more than just criminals in order to serve their own definitions of justice.
My First Impressions: I watched ep 1 and it was okay, but there was nothing really that made me want to keep watching. The mix of CG and animation was slightly jarring at times as well. <not watching unless recommended>

SK8 the Infinity - ? eps

Langa has no skateboarding experience, but finds himself pulled into the crazy world of "S."
My First Impressions: <not watching unless recommended>

Skate Leading Stars - ? eps

Summary: Figure skater Maeshima Kensei stopped his career when he met rival Shinozaki Reo. Some years after, Maeshima, now a high schooler, uses his physical talent to help other clubs with various activities, while never committing to any one thing. One day, he sees a press conference where Shinozaki announced that he was shifting from single skating to "skate-leading." After that, he met a boy named Hayato Sasugai, who knew of Maeshima's single skating career. Sasugai invites Maeshima to the world of skate-leading, or competitive team-based skating.
My First Impressions: I watched 4 episodes of this before I got really tired of the annoying characters and their antics. What is the use of a skating anime that doesn't really have much skating in it?! <not continuing unless recommended>

Tatoeba Last Dungeon Mae no Mura no Shounen ga Joban no Machi de Kurasu You na Monogatari - 12 eps

Summary: Optimistic young Lloyd would like nothing more than to achieve his life's dream of becoming a soldier in the capital. Unfortunately, his neighbors and friends consider him the weakest boy in the village and are sure Lloyd will meet his doom the minute he sets out on his foolhardy journey. But no one realizes that by living near the most dangerous dungeon in the land, what the locals consider to be everyday annoyances would be apocalyptic for anybody else! And when Lloyd defies the townspeople and makes off for a starter town for adventurers, the rest of the kingdom is about to find out just how overpowered Lloyd really is!
My First Impressions: This is less fantasy adventure and more happy-go-lucky. I rather dislike a couple of the characters but it's tolerable enough that I'd consider it for now. They wrapped up an arc in 4 episodes, so at least it's not slow.

For research, for profit, and to find an important person, Toriko and Sorao set foot into the abnormal.
My First Impressions: I watched ep1 but I find the characters rather boring and the pace seems a bit odd. <not watching unless recommended>
